LARAMIE, Wyo.—A 6-foot-1 power forward from Thompson Valley High School in Colorado has verbally committed to sign with the Wyoming Cowgirls.
Jordan Sibrel, of Loveland, has announced her decision to sign a national letter of intent with the Cowgirls during the early signing period in November.
Sibrel is the second Colorado Class 4A player to recently commit to the Cowgirls. Colorado Springs Mesa Ridge standout Kaitlyn Mileto, a 5-10 shooting guard, also gave Wyoming a verbal commitment.
Sibrel says she likes Wyoming’s program and has a lot of family ties to the state.
Her parents both grew up in Casper.
Heading into her senior year, Sibrel has scored 899 career points, pulled down 745 rebounds and blocked 152 shots.
