Philadelphia-based ramshackle-rockers returned to Denver for a-well attended show on Friday night.
Finnish band Rubik and Seattle solo artist Rocky Votolato’s opening sets helped energized the young crowd, and mewithoutYou opened its own enthusiastically-received set with “Paper Hanger,” progressing through a selection of titles from all of the band’s releases — with “In a Sweater Poorly Knit” anchoring their encore.
