DENVER—U.S. Sen. Mark Udall will be in Denver to talk about a bill he’s introducing he says will make sure there’s safety and spill prevention done for offshore and onshore drilling.
Udall says his bill will modify an existing program that he thinks has been too focused on increasing production. The senator says there needs to be more emphasis on accident prevention and safety.
Udall is expected to speak Monday at a Denver gas station that sells E85 fuel. E85 contains 85 percent ethanol, or ethyl alcohol.
