NEW YORK — As if it wasn’t tough enough for Maggie Rodriguez of “The Early Show” to get enough sleep, now she’s a new mom.
The CBS morning-show co-host gave birth Sunday evening in New York to her second child, Michael Tobin Rodriguez Jr. He weighed in at 7 pounds, 1 ounce.
Rodriguez already has a 5-year-old daughter. Her husband, Michael Rodriguez, is a marketing executive at the Telemundo television network.
Rodriguez, who is co-host of the morning show with Harry Smith, says: “It was love at first sight. Daddy Mike, big sister Daniella and I feel blessed to have such a wonderful addition to our family.” The Associated Press
