U.S. Bankruptcy Court Judge Michael Romero approved the appointment Tuesday of a chief restructuring officer for the Landmark residential and retail complex in Greenwood Village.
Andrew Miller, managing principal of Denver-based Miller Frishman Group, will provide a range of services related to the management and completion of the project, including the supervision of build-out and sales for The Landmark and The Meridian residential condominium towers, and management of leasing for the retail and entertainment venues at The Village Shops.
Miller also will coordinate all activities necessary for the resolution of the Chapter 11 reorganization case.
