Brewers manager Ken Macha went ballistic Friday in the fourth inning after Carlos Gomez was ruled out on a bunt attempt. First-base umpire Larry Vanover called Gomez safe, believing Todd Helton missed the tag. After protests by Helton and manager Jim Tracy and a conference among the umpires, the call was reversed. Macha was ejected and threw his lineup card onto the ground.
