Gary Coleman secretly took out a restraining order against his ex-wife just months before she took him off life support, according to RadarOnline, which claims to have the documents.

Coleman was granted the restraining order, filed under John Doe VS. Jane Doe, on Feb. 19 but never served it on Shannon Price.

In the order, which Coleman obtained while he was hospitalized, Coleman says that Price had moved back into his home against his wishes while he was ill and away.

And despite Price’s portrayal of herself as a loving ex-wife, Coleman writes that Price “has shown a tendency to damage, destroy and steal my property and I believe she will continue to do so in my absence and while she is trespassing in my home.”

She made a buck off Coleman, selling photos of him on his deathbed and interviews about him shortly after his death.

The “Diff’rent Strokes” star’s former agent Robert Malcolm told the website, “The dynamics of their relationship were very unhealthy. This time he knew he needed to break away so he made sure she was not allowed in his home, but then he had feelings for her even though she was abusive and so he allowed her back into his home.”

His affidavit shows not only the volatility of his relationship with Price but his fear of her vindictiveness.

“I believe if she is given any warning of this pending order to require her to immediately vacate the home, she will cause more damage and destroy more irreplaceable memorabilia, documents, personal papers and other such valuables,” Coleman writes.

“I would therefore ask the Court to issue this order ex parte requiring her removal from the home and restraining her from going upon the premises of my home under any circumstances.”

He also requested that police be present when Price removed any of her belongings.

Los Angeles Lakers’ forward Lamar Odom can roll in style after winning his NBA championship trophy.

His wife, Khloe Kardashian, bought the champion forward a $400,000 Rolls-Royce convertible to savor the win, E! online reports.

This appears to be a growing trend among the Kardashian sisters.

Kourtney Kardashian recently posted a photo on her blog of her 6-month-old son, Mason, behind the wheel of his first ride – a Lamborghini pedal car – that was a Christmas gift from his grandparents.

In any case, the Rolls purchase was apparently an easier gift-buying process than the surprise Khloe and Kourtney planned for Odom when he was in Miami to play the Heat.

Apparently needing to “get a little clean” for her husband, Khloe gave in to a Kourtney-conducted Brazilian wax.

The incident featured in a YouTube clip from “Kourtney and Khloe Take Miami” is already becoming a bit of a viral hit, and Khloe even spoke (pretty candidly, at that) about the experience on George Lopez’s talk show.

“She burned me more than she helped me!” Khloe, 25, exclaimed.

If anything, the car sounds like a much more painless idea.

Martina Navratilova has settled with her ex-lover Toni Layton for an estimated $3 million — following a bitter legal battle in which Layton threatened to reveal the tennis legend’s secrets.

Layton, who left her husband, Jeffrey Lambert, for Navratilova, had sued, claiming the 18-time Grand Slam singles winner dumped her after eight years and changed the locks on their Florida home.

After a two-year battle the warring pair–who were fighting over money, four homes, several cars, a boat, jewelry, a Florida animal sanctuary, art, pets and even a set of guns — have quietly settled out of court, according to the New York Post’s Page Six.

Layton had threatened to tell all after claiming Navratilova, now 53, dumped her in January 2008 and tried to make her sign an agreement that meant she would walk away with only $200,000. “There are a lot of skeletons in Martina’s closet. It is more like a storage facility full of them, and I know them all,” Layton told Page Six after the split.

The pair had shared homes in Colorado and Florida, an animal sanctuary and a collection of “frog art.” Layton also claimed part ownership of more than a dozen vehicles, including two Land Rovers, a classic Mercedes Benz and a speedboat.

In 1991, Navratilova split with Judy Nelson after eight years and paid a rumored $3.5 million. Nelson then wrote two books about the tennis star, who’s now dating former Miss Universe Julia Lemigova, 36.

Michael Jackson‘s mother has given her blessing to a tribute planned to her late son a year after his death at age 50.

In a video posted on YouTube, Katherine Jackson thanks people for the support they have given her family since Jackson died June 25, 2009.

She also thanked Voice Plate Productions for staging the fan event, which will be held Saturday at the Beverly Hilton in Beverly Hills, Calif.

Jackson’s mother says her son would be “very honored and very pleased that his fans all over the world are coming together to celebrate his life.” Tickets for the event start at $150 and go up to $500.
