Prosecutors say a man who pleaded guilty to selling alcohol to a minor involved in a fatal crash has pleaded guilty to a second charge stemming from a liquor store sting.
The Jefferson County district attorney’s office said 47-year-old Van Thien Pham pleaded guilty Tuesday to another count of selling alcohol to a minor. His sentencing is July 19.
Prosecutors say Pham sold beer to a minor in April without asking for identification.
Prosecutors say Pham was under court order not to work in a liquor store at the time.
