Up the creek.
Cherry Creek North isn’t relaxing after the mobbed-up arts festival last weekend. The annual Sidewalk Sale comes down July 22-25, celebrating 40 years of hawking on the walkways. Forget about the street renovations; think bargains.
And Aug. 5, the ‘hood has finally found something to do on Fillmore Plaza. The first-ever Wicket & Stick It Croquet Tournament will hit the plaza 3-8:30 p.m. You get to play for $35 or watch for $25, which may not sound as exciting as the U.S. Open, but plenty of food and adult beverages will be on hand.
