Folks who want to shed triple-digit weight before a national TV audience can try out of the 11th season of the NBC show “The Biggest Loser” July 17 in Broomfield.
Trainers Bob Harper and Jillian Michaels work with contestants to lose the weight, as they compete for a $250,000 prize.
Auditions are open to individual contestants, but the show’s producers also want couples: husbands and wives, parents and children, sports league teammates, best friends or co-workers.
A positive attitude is as important as a plus-sized physique, the show said. Aspiring contestants should bring a recent photograph, be 18 least 18 years old and a U.S. citizen and resident.
The auditions are from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. at 1st Bank Center at 11450 Broomfield Lane near Wasdsworth Boulevard and the Boulder Turnpike.
