ELBERT COUNTY — Investigators said Thursday that they have several “persons of interest” in the death of a Kiowa High School teacher, but no arrests have been made.
Randy Wilson, 52, was found dead in a field near his car June 14 with a plastic bag over his head and his hands bound behind his back.
“I don’t believe this was a random act of violence,” Lt. Joseph Winkel of the Elbert County Sheriff’s Office said at a Thursday news conference.
