The J.V. Bandit struck again when the 1st Bank on Wadsworth Boulevard in Wheat Ridge was robbed Tuesday evening, the FBI said this afternoon.
The suspected serial robber gained his nickname because he has worn a sports letterman’s jacket in four robberies in Lakewood and Golden since October 2008, the FBI stated.
In the latest robbery, he passed a note to a teller stating he had a gun and wanted money.
