SALT LAKE CITY — Utah Gov. Gary Herbert’s spokeswoman says it will likely be several days before it’s known whether state workers leaked the personal information of more than 1,300 people who an anonymous group claims are illegal immigrants. The group mailed the list to media outlets, law enforcement agencies and others this week, demanding that those on the list be deported. Intentionally releasing a private record is a misdemeanor punishable by up to six months in jail and a $1,000 fine.
