Allegiant Airlines will add two weekly nonstop flights between Colorado Springs and Phoenix and Long Beach, Calif., beginning Sept. 15. Flights on both routes will operate on Wednesdays and Saturdays. Allegiant is offering an introductory one-way fare of $29.99 to the two cities, though there are limited seats at that rate. Booking must be made by Aug. 4.
