Art amid the wildflowers.

Today is the last day of the Art and Wildflower Celebration in Summit County. Buffalo Mountain Gallery, 711 Granite Ave., Frisco, is the host location. There will be a wildflower hike at 10 a.m. and a free “Meet the Artists” reception at the gallery from noon to 2 p.m. Artwork will be on display for purchase. Chamber music in Crested Butte.

“Masters and Legends Event 1,” a chamber music event, will be at 7:30 p.m. Thursday at the Center for the Arts in Crested Butte. The event features Mozart’s quartet for flute and strings, and Brahms’ clarinet quintet. Also on the program is the world premiere of the clarinet quintet by American composer Patricia Leonard from New York. Adult tickets are $30; student tickets are $10. Shawn Colvin plays Copper.

KCMV presents live music by Shawn Colvin as part of its Saturday Concert Series, from 8 to 10 p.m. Saturday at Copper Pavilion. Admission is free for Copper Lodging Guests; $15 for all others.

Hike benefits MS research.

Hike MS, a fundraising event by the Colorado Chapter of the National Multiple Sclerosis Society, will be Saturday at Copper Mountain Resort. The event features three mountain hike routes over varying terrain and mileage.

Beaver Creek arts fest.

The 23rd annual Beaver Creek Arts Festival is July 31-Aug. 1 in Beaver Creek Village. More than 150 artists will exhibit an array of artwork including watercolors, oil and acrylic paintings, woodworking, glass, sculptures, furniture, mosaics, ceramics and jewelry. Meet the artists, and learn about their backgrounds. There will also be antiques vendors, a variety of food booths and culinary demonstrations in the Bon Appetit tent. Admission is free. Meet the artists in Frisco.

The fourth annual Main Street to the Rockies Art Festival will be Aug. 7-8 on Main Street in downtown Frisco. The event features new and emerging talent, as well as established artists from around the country. Works on display and for purchase include glass, sculpture, mixed media, paintings, photography, jewelry and ceramics. Artists will be present at their booths, giving participants an opportunity to meet them and discuss pieces of artwork in their displays.
