GRAND JUNCTION, Colo.—An arrest affidavit says a Grand Junction man accused of rolling his vehicle into a home had his driver’s license revoked three years ago for being a habitual traffic offender.

The affidavit says 25-year-old John R. Flynn wasn’t eligible to apply for another license until 2012.

Police say Flynn lost control of his vehicle around 8 p.m. Saturday. It overturned and smashed into a home.

Flynn refused tests of his blood-alcohol level, but the affidavit says Flynn allegedly smelled of alcohol. He was arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence, reckless driving and driving as a habitual traffic offender.
