Designed by Martin Chuck, a teaching professional in Oregon, the aim of the Tour Striker is to help golfers hit the ball with more solid contact. Not that you need it, of course, but most golfers find themselves trying to scoop the ball into the air at contact, rather than hitting down on it, with the shaft of the club leaning forward. The striker has little club below the sweet spot. The retail cost of the striker is $99.99. There also are models for women and younger players.
