FORT CARSON, Colo.—Fort Carson is officially opening two new child development centers that can care for more than 350 children.
A ribbon-cutting ceremony is scheduled for Tuesday. The post’s deputy commander, Brig. Gen. James Pasquarette, and the garrison commander, Col. Robert F. McLaughlin, will attend.
The centers cost a total of about $13 million to build.
They will care for children from 6 weeks to 10 years old.
