A bicyclist found a body in Jefferson County at about 6:30 a.m. Sunday.
The Jefferson County Sheriff’s office is investigating the circumstances of the death, and have closed the portion of the bike path under C-470 from Ken Caryl to Bowles.
Jacki Kelley, a spokeswoman for the sheriff’s office said the investigation is ongoing, but it does not look suspicious at this point.
The identity of the body has not been released.
