MORRISON, Colo.—More than a dozen people are being treated for minor to moderate injuries after a miniature train at an amusement park tipped over.

The accident happened Wednesday at Tiny Town, a kid-scaled replica of an Old West town in the foothills near Denver.

Dan Hatlestad (HAT’-ul-sted) of the Intercanyon Fire Department says the engine of the small, open-car train that runs through the miniature town tipped over first, and all five cars followed.

Nineteen people—from children to grandparents—were treated at the scene, and 15 of them ended up being taken to hospitals. Hatlestad says most of the injuries are bumps and bruises.
