Two men were shot and another was stabbed during a fight near a park in northwest Denver Thursday night.
No other suspects are being sought after the melee about 9 p.m. near Columbus Park at West 39th Avenue and Osage Street.
No names have been released, but all were “grown men,” police spokesman Sonny Jackson.
The stabbing victim and one of the shooting victims were in serious or critical condition. A third man was taken to a hospital in a private car and his injuries were less serious, Jackson said.
“We’re not sure yet about the motivation for the alternation, but it appears to be a fight where one person brought a knife and another person had a gun,” he said.
