The Rockies took another bite out of the Big Sour Apple. They are 4-23 in their last 27 road games against the Mets and haven’t won a series since 2002. They have been shut out four times at Citi Field over the last two seasons, twice in games pitched by Johan Santana.

Brad Hawpe finished with just 12 at-bats on the trip. He has just one game with multi-extra-base hits since June 18.
