The Adams County district attorney’s office has cleared four Commerce City police officers of criminal wrongdoing in the May 6 shooting death of 42-year-old Phillip Michael Boldin.

Boldin, an escapee from a Boulder County halfway house, was killed at a trailer park in the 6900 block of Colorado 2 when police opened fire on a sport utility vehicle that was ramming a patrol car.

A woman in the vehicle, identified as Jennifer Perrin, was wounded in the right knee.
