Yeah, she won two Oscars and was one of the hardest working actors in Hollywood, but Shelley Winters might be best-known for braving the chilly waters in 1972’s “The Poseidon Adventure.” Winters, who died in 2006, would be 90 today. How about a Poseidon Cocktail?

Ingredients
1 ounce Midori
1/2 ounce curaçao
Lemon-lime soda
Directions
In a highball glass, stir together Midori and curaçao with a few ice cubes. Top with soda.
