Jewelry designs by Andrea Li and Kir will be featured at a Friday trunk show at Starfish in Boulder. Li was named a Rising Star by Fashion Group International of Denver in 2009. She makes bold creations featuring precious and semi-precious stones. Kir Boedecker, whose company is based in Boulder, began making jewelry almost 20 years ago. All Kir pieces are made in Bali from silver and gold, and feature detailed craftsmanship using such techniques as granulation. Colored precious and semi-precious stones are used in the collection, as is carved mother-of-pearl.
