Four mailboxes in Boulder were damaged by “small pipe-type explosive devices,” the Boulder Police Department online blotter for Wednesday reported.
The incidents happened in the 4200 and 4300 blocks of South Hampton Circle.
Authorities were alerted to the crimes after residents heard explosions.
Officials in Boulder did not provide additional details.
