Michael Jackson‘s parents are set to divorce after 60 years of marriage.
The King of Pop’s mother, Katherine, reportedly has had it with husband Joe‘s alleged cruel behavior.
The pair became estranged five years ago, but Katherine reportedly decided to file for divorce after Joe, 81, suggested she was to blame for their son’s shocking death last year.
Joe, who was accused of abusing Michael as a child, said in June: ‘I begged her to go over and stay with him, but she insisted he needed his privacy.’
Katherine retaliated, saying through her spokesperson: ‘Joe Jackson’s statement and conduct toward Mrs. Jackson are outrageous.’
Referring to the alleged abuse of their children, the spokesperson then said: ‘The world also knows who Joe Jackson is and he seems bent on never letting us forget.’
According to the Daily Star, Mrs. Jackson considered the verbal attack the final straw.
‘She’s been humiliated by him for too long. She’s absolutely livid. There’s no going back.’
The couple currently lives apart.
Katherine has sole custody of her late son’s three children Prince Michael, 13, Paris, 12, and ‘Blanket’, 8, in Encino, California. Joel lives in Las Vegas.
Despite already being separated, Katherine reportedly was reluctant to officially end the marriage, because as a Jehovah’s Witness she doesn’t believe in divorce.
The couple, who married in November 1949, had nine children, including Jackson 5 members Michael, Jackie, Tito, Jermaine and Marlon, and 26 grand children.
Jenny McCarthy has moved on after her split from Jim Carrey.
After teasing fans on Twitter about a “mystery man,” the actress is now dating Jason Toohey, a Las Vegas pirate at Vegas’ Treasure Island Hotel.
Toohey is also a former fitness model, according to People.
The new couple are reportedly living together.
“I’ve been living in Vegas for about a month. My house is under construction right now in L.A., so I very well could be here until it’s done,” McCarthy, 37, told the magazine. “It’s been awesome here.”
According to the male bodybuilder website BestFormInc.com, Toohey, 35, is also an actor and stunt performer who worked as a pirate at Treasure Island Hotel & Casino’s “Sirens of TI” show.
After announcing the end of her five-year relationship with Carrey in April, McCarthy released a statement praising the comedic actor.
“I’m so grateful for the years Jim and I shared together,” she said at the time. “I will continue to be in his daughter’s life and will always keep Jim as a leading man in my heart.”
A Beverly Hills salon owner is accused of ripping off Jennifer Aniston, Liv Tyler, Anne Hathaway, Melanie Griffith and Cher in a credit-card scheme.
Chez Gabriela Studio owner Maria Gabriela Perez could face up to 25 years in federal prison if convicted of two counts of fraud.
Authorities say her alleged scam surfaced when Tyler’s management company discovered $214,000 in bogus charges allegedly made by the salon to the actress’ two American Express credit cards between June and November 2009.
Perez, 51, also ran up $68,000 in unauthorized charges on a card that belonged to high-end jewelry designer Loree Rodkin, according to an affidavit in the case.
Most of the charges were made from Chez Gabriela Studio with the numbers from the credit cards entered manually – meaning the plastic wasn’t “swiped,” prosecutors said.
The victims appeared to be former clients who legitimately paid for some services before the phony charges started appearing on their statements.

In addition to Hamm, his “Mad Men” co-star January Jones is also scheduled to present, as are Matthew Morrison, John Krasinski, LL Cool J, Matthew Perry, Edie Falco, Laurence Fishburne, Julianna Margulies, Keri Russell and Sofia Vergara.
Comedians Jimmy Fallon, the Emmys host, will join Will Arnett, Stephen Colbert, Tina Fey, Ricky Gervais and Joel McHale in rounding out the list of presenters.
