Two people were shot in the 4900 block of West Tennessee Avenue late tonight, and police say they are looking for a silver truck in the area.
Denver police say the shooting occurred at 4921 W. Tennessee Ave. at about 9:23 p.m. Witnesses say they heard dozens of gunshots in the area near Sheridan Boulevard and Mississippi Avenue.
Officers couldn’t say whether the two people who were shot — one in the chest, one in the foot — were injured indoors or outdoors, or whether the incident was gang-related.
Police also didn’t know the victims’ condition.
They were transported to Denver Health Medical Center.
