Tasha Polizzi, who spent some 10 years on Ralph Lauren’s design staff and was with other top labels before starting her own company, manages to keep Western-influenced design looking cool rather than kitschy. The designer, based in Great Barrington, Mass., for spring is offering a muted palette in tumbled leather and washed cottons.
