DENVER—Police say a suspicious device found at the edge of downtown Denver is harmless.
Some streets were temporarily shut down during the Wednesday morning commute after the device was found taped to a tree.
Police spokesman Sonny Jackson said the device was making some kind of noise but officers determined it wasn’t a bomb.
