A year and a half since the death of wife Natasha Richardson, Liam Neeson is moving on.

The actor, 56, has ventured into the world of dating and is now seeing U.K.-based public relations executive Freya St. Johnston, People reported.

Like Neeson, Johnston is reportedly also a parent of two children.

“She’s a wonderful person and a fantastic mother,” her ex, Matt Winton, told the magazine. “She takes life seriously in a free-spirited kind of way.”

He adds, “They make a very nice couple.”

The couple were spotted holding hands in London on Sept. 3.

But Neeson says his main focus continues to be on raising Richardson’s and his two boys, Michael, 13, and Daniel 12.

“Borat” star Sacha Baron Cohen has been signed up to star in a movie about flamboyant rock star Freddie Mercury.

Peter Morgan, who wrote “The Queen,” is working on a screenplay about the frontman of the band Queen, who died of AIDS-related causes in 1991.

The as-yet-untitled film will climax with Queen’s barnstorming appearance at the 1985 Live Aid concert in London.

The announcement was made by GK Films, which is producing with Robert De Niro’s Tribeca Productions and Queen Films.

Production is due to begin next year, and a director has yet to be chosen.

Founded in 1971 by Mercury, guitarist Brian May, bassist John Deacon and drummer Roger Taylor, Queen scored hits with songs including “We Are the Champions,” “We Will Rock You” and “Bohemian Rhapsody.”

Paris Hilton hopped into action after her discovery in a pet shop.

The 29-year-old heiress has Twittered that she recently walked into a pet shop and was shocked to learn that several rabbits would become food for snakes.

“I had to save them,” she wrote. “I rescued 20 of them. They are now happy living in my backyard. They are all so happy, so nice to have changed their fate.”

Hilton’s playtime with her pets may soon be strained.

The heiress was recently charged with felony cocaine possession following her Aug. 28 arrest in Las Vegas. If convicted, she faces four years in prison.

Actor Morgan Freeman and his wife have finalized their divorce in Mississippi.

A Tallahatchie County judge entered the divorce decree on Sept. 15, William R. Wright, an attorney who represented Freeman, told The Association Press. Terms of the divorce are sealed, Wright said.

“It was done without a trial,” Wright said. “Everybody is glad it’s over.”

Freeman and his now ex-wife, Myrna Colley-Lee, had separated in December 2007 after 26 years of marriage. The divorce was filed under seal in July 2008.

Wright said both Freeman and Colley-Lee live in Tallahatchie County in northern Mississippi where Freeman has a ranch near Charleston.

Kay Farese Turner of Memphis, Tenn., who represented Colley-Lee, was not immediately available for comment. Colley-Lee is a theater and film costume designer.

The couple married on June 16, 1984.

Freeman, 73, won an Oscar for his performance in 2004’s “Million Dollar Baby.” His screen credits also include “The Dark Knight,” “Bruce Almighty,” “The Shawshank Redemption” and “Driving Miss Daisy.”
