Motorists should pay less to fill their tanks now that repairs on a pipeline that delivers crude oil to Midwestern refineries are done. Enbridge Energy Partners reopened the line in the Chicago area that carries crude from Canada to Midwest refineries on Friday. Analysts say that should send pump prices lower.
