Traffic lanes on eastbound Peña Boulevard will be shifted to the right beginning at 10 p.m. today about a half-mile after traffic exits from eastbound Interstate 70. The speed limit through the work zone will reduce from 55 mph to 45 mph.
Road construction is needed because the bridge over I-70 required expansion joint replacement.
Drivers should expect road construction at this location until the end of the year, Denver International Airport officials said.
