EchoStar Satellite Services, a subsidiary of Doug las County-based EchoStar and Deluxe Digital Cinema, announced the formation of Deluxe/EchoStar, a joint venture to build an advanced digital-cinema satellite-distribution network.
The partnership will be able to deliver traditional 2-D and 3-D feature films, live events, special content and other programming developed for digitally equipped theaters.
