Highlands Ranch (30 years old next year!) is so popular with residents that even in a market like this, homes tend to hold value as new families hear about the parks, the open space and rec centers. Today you can come see a Tuscan-style enclave that’ll look good to anybody arriving from outside…but even better if you happen to be somebody who wants to stay in Highlands Ranch when you’re ready to give up mowing your lawn.
Shea Homes created Tresana right at the community’s center off University at Highlands Ranch Parkway — between the Sand Creek trail, and popular shopping at King Soopers and Whole Foods.
