A fire that heavily damaged a Broomfield home in the 1000 block of Eagle Road on Friday was arson, according to Wendy Forbes of North Metro Fire Rescue.
Forbes said furniture and other items had been moved to the driveway for an estate sale when someone set fire to the belongings.
