Two suspects were arrested in Thornton on Thursday evening after a chase that injured another person.

Thornton police said that Fort Collins police requested their assistance just after 5 p.m. They were pursuing two suspects in a stolen vehicle who were wanted in connection with a kidnapping and aggravated-robbery investigation.

The suspects refused to stop their vehicle and tried to elude patrol cars.

A police car was hit in the 3800 block of East 121st Avenue during the chase. The officer was not injured.

The suspects continued to flee and struck a motorcyclist in the 2300 block of East 136th Avenue.

The rider was transported to the hospital. His condition was not known.

The suspects stopped in the 13400 block of Cherry Court and were taken into custody.
