COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo.—Authorities in Colorado Springs say a woman found dead along with her 13-year-old twins killed herself.
The El Paso County coroner also said Thursday that the twins—Chase and Olivia Ogden—were killed but police aren’t saying yet who fired those shots.
An autopsy showed that Rene Ogden died from a self-inflicted gunshot wound to the head. Chase and Olivia Ogden also died from gunshot wounds to their heads.
Police spokesman Sgt. Steve Noblitt said he couldn’t comment on whether the same weapon was used.
Tommy Ogden told police he found his wife dead when he got home from work on Monday.
Police found his children when they went inside.
