West Metro Fire crews expect that cool overnight temperatures and high humidity will help them control a small grass fire near the Lockheed Martin plant in Jefferson County.
The Wadsworth Ridge fire, estimated to have burned 10 acres, was first reported about 4:30 p.m. Friday.
No structures are threatened, according to Micki Trost, a spokeswoman with West Metro Fire.
Lockheed fire crews are working along with West Metro Fire and South Metro Fire Rescue.
