Iberdrola Renewables, based in Portland, Ore., announced Tuesday a power- purchase agreement for a solar-power facility to be located near Alamosa in the San Luis Valley.
Public Service Company of Colorado, an Xcel Energy unit, agreed to purchase the entire output of a 30-megawatt photovoltaic project under development in the north end of Alamosa County.
