A Denver family will jointly face charges of dealing drugs, prosecutors said.
Frank Anthony Duran, 18; his brother, Dominic Frank Duran, 24; their mother, Debbie Duran, 46; and her common-law husband, Francisco Javier Herrera, 43, face numerous felony and misdemeanor counts stemming from allegations they were dealing Ecstasy and marijuana. They also face child-abuse charges, as a 5-year-old and 9-year-old were living in the home where the alleged drug operation was based.
