Loveland-based McWhinney is joining forces with RED Development LLC to develop retail projects at Centerra, a 3,000-acre master- planned community at Interstate 25 and U.S. 34 in Loveland. Under a joint-venture agreement, McWhinney will provide the land and some capital, while RED will provide some capital and development-and-leasing expertise.
