The incident happened at about 5 a.m. Saturday at a Sonic Drive-in, 16538 Keystone Blvd., where two men used a rock to smash a glass door to gain entry, Parker police said in a media release.
After shattering the door the men assaulted a female employee, who received minor injuries, before fleeing with an undisclosed amount of cash.
Amador Acevedo and Alexander Lopez, both 18, were later arrested as suspects in the case.
The pair were booked and held at the Douglas County Jail on suspicion of aggravated robbery, burglary, menacing, assault, theft and criminal mischief.
