MINEOLA, N.Y. — Authorities in New York say three teens beat and slapped a younger boy during school-bus rides because they suspected he was gay and two of them taunted him about it. David Spencer, 18, Chase Morrison and Roy Wilson, both 16, were facing arraignment Thursday in Nassau County Court.
