The man found dead early Tuesday in a running car in an apartment complex parking lot was shot in the head, making the death Colorado Springs’ 23rd homicide this year, the El Paso County Coroner ruled.
Martique Webster, 37, of Colorado Springs, was found by a security guard making his nightly rounds outside the Rustic Hills Park Apartments, 1220 Potter Drive, shortly after 1 a.m.
