ANCHORAGE, Alaska — No criminal charges will be filed over an incident at a public rally for U.S. Senate candidate Joe Miller in Anchorage in which an online journalist was handcuffed and detained by private security guards. Anchorage municipal prosecutor Al Patterson told reporters no charges will be filed against Alaska Dispatch editor Tony Hopfinger or the security guards.
