WASHINGTON — The Consumer Product Safety Commission said Graco Children’s Products Inc. will recall about 2 million strollers after four infants were strangled between 2003 and 2005.
The recalled products include the Graco Quattro Tour strollers and travel systems made before November 2006 and the MetroLite strollers and travel systems made before July 2007.
