A look at how Furniture Row Racing’s Regan Smith fared in Sunday’s Sprint Cup race in Martinsville, Va.:
• Running with the top 25, Smith got caught up in a duel between Scott Speed and Sam Hornish.
• Smith moved to the high side of the two drivers, but as he was about to clear the two, Speed’s car fishtailed, sending Smith into the wall with major car damage.
• Smith’s crew got the driver back out, but he was 58 laps down and finished 31st after starting 13th.
