DENVER—The U.S. Department of Education’s director of community outreach is visiting Colorado.
Alberto Retana will speak Tuesday at the Far Northeast Community Committee meeting at Rachel B. Noel Middle School in Denver.
On Wednesday, Retana will attend a special Spanish-language screening of the documentary “Waiting for Superman.” More than 200 people from several Denver groups are expected at the screening at the Regal Continental Theater in Denver.
