The drama of the Leadville Trail 100 Mountain Bike Race returns to the big screen Nov. 4 as Boulder-based Citizen Films presents the 2010 edition of “Race Across the Sky” at Denver’s Paramount Theater.

After the epic battle between cycling superstar Lance Armstrong and local hero Dave Wiens a year ago, “Race Across the Sky 2010” introduces road cycling champion Levi Leipheimer to the brutal world of off-road endurance racing with a harsh fight to the finish against Olympic mountain biker Jeremy Horgan-Kobelski of Boulder.

Also, Rebecca Rusch crushes the long-standing women’s course record.

There will be a live discussion with Leipheimer, Wiens, Rusch and others at The Paramount that will be beamed live via satellite to more than 500 theaters across the nation beginning at 6:30 p.m. The film premiere will follow.
